Mike will tell the story of how – following an accident in which he lost his leg – Mike designed and fabricated his own adaptive device that allowed him to pursue his dreams and win gold at the Paralympics!

Livestream cooking class by Rob Seideman, founder of Cooking School of Aspen, Salt Traders, and former private chef to the stars!
Rob will demonstrate how to prepare these delicious pesto dishes, plus provide tips and techniques picked up from over twenty years as a chef!

Everyone will receive a set of recipes and be able to ask questions during the class! The first three courses will be taught demonstration-style, and the fourth course will be hands-on, meaning that you’ll be able to cook along!
