Donate Equipment
May We Help welcomes donations of clean and functional pediatric and adult equipment. (See updated donation list below) There is no requirement to donate to receive equipment!
If you have the equipment you would like to donate, please bring it to

This is strictly a time to drop off equipment for donation.
Unfortunately, our equipment team is unavailable to help find equipment during these times.
Tuesday, June 2 – 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Thursday, June 4 – 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Saturday, June 6 – 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Tuesday, June 9 – 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Wednesday, June 10 – 9:00 to 4:00 PM
Friday, June 12 – 1:30 PM to 6:30 PM
Tuesday, June 16 – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Thursday, June 18 – 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Saturday, June 20 – 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Tuesday, June 23 – 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Welcome Donations
(We are currently accepting):
Gait Trainers (Especially small sizes)
Standers
Adaptive Bikes
Strollers.
Seating Solutions- Ex. Tumbleforms,
Tomato chairs and activity chairs.
Pediatric wheelchairs with standard seating
(Please, no custom-formed foam padding.)
Power Scooters
Small portable power chairs
(Must be collapsible and fit in most cars, e.g., Jazzy Light Weight).
Short-Term Suspension
(Please hold off on donating these for now.)
Wheelchairs with custom-formed foam cushions.
Rollators and Walkers
Power Chairs (Specifically, full-size models that require an accessible van or vehicle for transport).
Items We Are Unable to Accept
- Any equipment that does not power on or requires new batteries.
- Any equipment that is in disrepair or requires significant cleaning (this includes items with missing parts, torn cushions, damaged padding, or flat tires).
- Medical equipment and supplies (i.e., suction machines, syringes, changing pads, etc.) or adult diapers.
- Larger items such as safety/hospital beds, vehicle lifts, and stair lifts.

Find Equipment
Need a piece of Adaptive Equipment? Come to one of our upcoming events. Physical Therapists will be onsite to match and fit equipment and modifications experts can help make in the moment modifications and/or repairs. Stop in to “shop” for equipment or make equipment donations.
All equipment is FREE to the recipient.
